1. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing
1.1. Contract execution: To deliver the product successfully, Voloostore processes data (name, surname, phone, email, address). Data processing is necessary. 1.2. Payment Administration: We use the fully secure payment system Flitt. Voloostore does not collect bank card details. 1.3. Product Delivery: Delivery is carried out by internal Voloostore resources and is not transferred to third-party courier companies. Note: The company plans to partner with a third-party courier company in the near future, which will be reflected in these terms as soon as the contract is signed.
2. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Voloostore uses reliable tech providers: cloud services, payment systems (Flitt), and analytical services (Google Analytics). Monitoring via Meta Pixel is not currently implemented. These services collect only depersonalized technical data.
3. Data Processing for Marketing Purposes
Based on clear consent, Voloostore is authorized to use contact info for direct marketing. Users can easily update these preferences or opt-out anytime directly from their personal Dashboard or by emailing giorgi.khvichia18@gmail.com.
