Return and Refund Policy
Unconditional Returns
14-Day Unconditional Return Right
In accordance with Georgian law, you have the right to return a purchased item within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Return Conditions: To receive a full refund, the item must be unused, free of mechanical damage, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. The company (Voloostore) fully covers the return transportation costs.
Exceptions (Personalized Items)
Because Voloostore offers custom wooden items, the 14-day rule does not apply to things made to individual specifications or personalized items (e.g., customized engraving, initials, changed design).
Exchanging/Returning Defective Items
If the received product is damaged or doesn't match the description, contact us within 24 hours at giorgi.khvichia18@gmail.com with photos. We will fully cover transportation, repair, or exchange costs.
Refund Procedure
After receiving and checking the condition of the returned item, we confirm the status. The refund will be credited to the same bank card used via Flitt. The transaction might take 2-5 working days.
